Framework
Teaching and learning competency framework(s) linked to speci昀椀c
international curricula or national frameworks. Framework is made up
of a number of courses.
Course (2–3 hours)
Each course targets a speci昀椀c competency – is adaptive in
approach so the learner goes through at a pace relevant to their
prior experience and knowledge.
Course Content
Courses aim to develop learners’ understanding of teaching
competencies and the principles that underpin them. Learners are
given practical strategies. Prompts, models and evaluative tools
are provided to guide learners, encourage re昀氀ective practice and
support them to apply new knowledge to their own contexts.
