University-led course structure.
Strand
Developed in collaboration with the University of East London, our
courses are tailored to meet the needs of educators across three
key strands: Teaching and Learning, Leadership, and SEND. Each
strand features a range of relevant courses and offers the option for
post-course accreditation, paving the way toward a Master’s level
quali昀椀cation with the University of East London.
Course (30 hours)
Each course is comprised of three modules. Knowledge, where you
acquire and build on your knowledge. Application, receive structured
guidance on how to apply strategies in your context. Evaluation,
guided self-evaluation to help you measure the effectiveness of
implemented strategies and ideas.
Course Content
Our courses are designed around a coaching model that guides
and supports your professional learning journey through each
module. With a rich blend of readings, videos, and podcasts, you’ll
engage with essential principles and cutting-edge academic
research. Adaptive Knowledge Checks help you assess your
understanding, while structured activities encourage re昀氀ection
and evaluation of your practice.
