Start the reading journey with Lift-off
Lift-off launches young learners onto their reading journey by developing
essential early language skills ⸀ The books explore the aspects of Letters and
Sounds Phase 1 so they are an ideal foundation for phonics teaching ⸀ Use
as part of the Rocket Phonics First Steps programme or on their own as an
introductory reading series for ages 3–4 ⸀
Our Reception teacher is very
enthusiastic about the wordless and
the 昀椀rst words books, and she has had
a positive reaction from volunteer
parents too ⸀ Many of the books link with
things the classes are doing which helps
with vocabulary ⸀
